Our (UOL) 'consultancy' work is primarily for our clients who wish us to 'monitor' their contracts after 'supply start date'. This gives the client the piece of mind that everything will be done to insure the anticipated savings will be achieved.
An example is outlined below for an existing UOL client (electricity) making in excess of £30,000 in annual savings.
Company A (The Client), in respect of each utility supply, will benefit from the preliminary negotiation of contracts to include:
Confirm notification of existing supplies
Tender electricity supplies
Analysis of prices received
Application of negotiated prices as per the client’s instructions
Upon implementation, Utilities Online will ensure that prices remain as negotiated and anomalies are notified to Company A, by:
Verifying invoice data
Analysing consumption profiles
Analysing half hourly data
Utilities Online will undertake all account queries on behalf of Company A.
Investigations of meters and/or supplies will be carried out as deemed necessary.
Services are inclusive of agreed fee of £2500 + VAT for a period of 1 year from agreement date. Any refunds to Company A as a result of these services are included in this fee arrangement.
Utilities Online will continue to monitor utility supplies and make recommendations to Company A.
In summary, UOL works with each of our respective clients in varying levels of ongoing involvement.
No client needs to pay a consultancy fee to receive quotations and implement contractual savings. The 'consultancy' service is generally for clients who wish to outsource 'contract' negotiation and ongoing monitoring.
UOL is open to negotiation on a client by client bases if this service is required for your company.
