Telecommunications

The telephone has become the lifeline of the modern business. As a consequence, organisations throughout the UK are now making more calls and spending more than ever on their telephone service. Management of these costs is increasingly becoming one of the key factors in commercial success - as a result, few businesses can afford to ignore the opportunity to make their communication environment more cost effective.

As you know this can become time consuming. Choosing a provider that can grow with your company, be reliable, offer all the services you require, be the 'cheapest' and have a high level of customer service can be hard to find.

All the suppliers want your business and U-OL would like to match a particular supplier to your own circumstances and requirements.

Carrier Pre Selection (CPS) has been available from December 12th (2001) for all destinations from a number of carriers. CPS will try and eliminate all call leakage/slippage to BT from the traditional LCR (least cost routing) providers.

After extensive trials in 2003, savings on line rentals are a very hot commodity. This not only allows businesses to make saving only on the call traffic but the line rentals as well. One supplier can ultimately take over the billing for both line rental and call traffic.

If you think that you are paying too much for any of the following we can be of service;

U-OL will be happy to analyse any part of your existing communication expenditure and make recommendations on ways in which you can save money and implement a 'total' solution .

It is now possible to have one bill for all 'telephony' services with a breakdown of costs for analysis. Billing data contains unutilised information to help identify overheads and costs. Analysis software is available for customers to look at which phones, faxes and internet hubs have generated calls in order to help with call-centre allocation & budgeting.
